Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, not all items are eligible for refund. Digital purchases and personalized items are not eligible for return and refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us at hello@biggestlittlestitches.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to request a return and refund. We must receive your return within 21 days of original purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Electronic download products (including embroidery designs and SVGs)
  • Personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items that are noted as final sale/non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that different banks and merchants may have extended periods for posting refunds to your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@biggestlittlestitches.com and we will provide further instructions.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If applicable, original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will receive return instructions in the response to your request to return. It is advised to use some form of tracking to ensure your return reaches us. We are not responsible for packages lost during transit.
