Customer-Supplied Items – Release of Liability
Biggest Little Stitches prides ourselves on providing quality embellished items for our customers. We can procure a large selection of embellishment blanks for the purpose of machine embroidery, sublimation, heat transfer vinyl, or any other embellishment technique available. When Biggest Little Stitches provides the items being embellished, we can guarantee the outcome of your project. In some cases, our customers wish to have a specific item embellished that we are unable to produce through our available channels. In these cases, Biggest Little Stitches will entertain embellishment services on Customer Supplied Items (“items”). These items may include but are not limited to: Garments of any style or type (including shirts, jackets, hats, etc.) and any other fabric or substrate deemed suitable for embellishment.
We make every available effort to ensure the same level of quality with customer-supplied items. However, when we are not providing the blank items being embellished, we cannot control nor guarantee the outcome of the project. It is possible that some and/or all your items may be damaged, destroyed, or otherwise deemed unacceptable.
Biggest Little Stitches will not replace, rework or otherwise offer any consideration for items damaged by us or embellishment work that our customer may find unacceptable, when items are supplied by the customer. Biggest Little Stitches will make every attempt to provide high quality work on your items, and if possible, contact you in advance to discuss and/or avoid any potential concerns. However, we are not responsible for the uniqueness of items provided by you and how these items may react on our printing, sewing and other embellishment equipment.
By moving forward with your project with Biggest Little Stitches, you agree to pay Biggest Little Stitches in full for projects that we complete on items provided by you to us for embellishment. Further, you understand and agree that it is possible that all customer-supplied items may be damaged or destroyed and that some or all the embellishments associated with your order may be deemed unacceptable by you and that you release Biggest Little Stitches from all responsibilities associated with the damage caused to your items and any lost monies associated with the embellishment project involving these items.
Thank you,
Biggest Little Stitches
