Why do you require a Liability Waiver?
Our standard process is to offer embroidery and decorating services on blanks supplied by Biggest Little Stitches. When procuring blank items for your project, we account for a percentage of additional items in the event of equipment malfunction, defect in the blank, or other unforeseeable issue. We also choose blanks that we know work with our decorating methods and machinery. If items are customer-supplied, we are unable to account for the additional blanks in the event of an issue. We are also not able to guarantee the quality of customer-supplied items due to the unknowns with using these items with our methods and machinery.
How do I request a custom project?
Please reach out to us by either filling out our custom quote form or emailing biggestlittlestitches@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours to all requests, but please give us up to 2 business days to respond. Please note that not all requests are possible. We do everything possible to make your vision a reality, but not all items are suitable for embroidery or vinyl application.
Do you require a minimum quantity for special orders?
Not at all! If you want a single item with your requested design, we are happy to do it. Please note there may be one-time fixed charges for digitizing or design services that apply for one item or 100 items. But we do not require you to purchase a minimum quantity.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes! Please contact us! We offer bulk discounts on orders of 20 pieces or more of the same item and/or design.
What is the difference between a physical and digital item?
Our physical items are finished goods created by Biggest Little Stitches and shipped to you. These items can be consumed immediately by you, the customer. Digital items (embroidery designs and SVGs) require an embroidery or cutting machine, respectively. You must have the appropriate machinery to utilize these digital designs to create your own finished product.
Can I resell items purchased from Biggest Little Stitches?
Physical Items may be resold. Once you purchase a finished physical item, you own it entirely and may do with it as you please. Digital Items MAY NOT be resold and remain the intellectual property of Biggest Little Stitches. You may create finished products using these digital designs and sell those finished items, but the digital file may not be resold or transferred in any manner. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing the file without compensation, direct resell of the downloaded file, alteration of elements within the design, or any other representation of the Biggest Little Stitches design in a digital manner.
Do you offer custom digitizing?
We offer digitizing and SVG file creation services for our customers as part of their custom project quote. We also offer some standalone digitizing and SVG file creation as our schedule permits. Please contact us with your request and we will see what we can do to help!
What materials do you use and/or recommend?
We strive to use the highest quality materials possible for the requested price point. We have access to a large variety of blanks from our wholesale blank apparel partners.
Our embroidered patches are all made with high quality poly/cotton or polyester tackle twill and polyester thread. Polyester thread offers superior strength and colorfastness (the color won’t bleed) over the standard (and cheaper) rayon threads used by most mass embroidery manufacturers. In some cases, when it is warranted, we will use metallic, rayon, cotton, or some other type of embroidery thread when required to achieve a very specific look.
We also use high quality vinyl/HTV (mostly Siser brand), faux leather, wool blend felts, and quilting cotton for our other goods.
